1. Storing
You can keep our cheesecakes for up to 6 hours on your countertop. Just make sure to store it in the box and away from any heat sources.
If you want to enjoy it for a longer time, you can keep the sealed box in the refrigerator for 5-7 days.
If you double-wrap and freeze our cheesecakes, they can last in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Tip: Wrap slices (or the whole cake) tightly in plastic wrap, then foil, to prevent freezer burn and odor transfer.
2. Serving
- Thaw First
- From fridge: Ready to slice.
- From freezer: Thaw overnight in the fridge or 1 hour on the counter, still wrapped.
- Bring to Room Temp
Set out for 20–30 minutes before serving. The filling softens slightly, giving the creamiest bite. - Slice Cleanly
Use a thin, sharp knife. Dip in hot water and wipe between cuts for picture-perfect slices.
3. Re-Freezing
- You can refreeze cheesecake once, as long as it spent less than 24 hours in the fridge after thawing.
- Re-wrap each slice tightly to avoid ice crystals.
- For best texture, eat refrozen cheesecake within 30 days.
